1. What are the return ,exchange, refund policies?
Customers must report to us within 7 business days if item DOA or can’t work, and return package within 60 days from the delivery date for exchange or refund. Refunds will be given via paypal only if item DOA and can’t be replaced.
The buyer has an obligation to cooperate with seller to verify in case the item has problem. If you need return, please check twice to confirm the item does not work and contact our customer service representative. Then get RMA# for return.
All NON-Seller Mistake returns for refund are subject to 20% re-stocking fee and buyer should pay for the return shipping fee. (E.g. you brought wrong model or wrong item).
A Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) is required for all return packages. Please contact us to get an "RMA" number before you ship your items back to us. Items returned without an "RMA" number would be ignored or delayed in processing.

2. Are all products showed in the website?
We are not displaying all products on this website now. If you are expecting other styles which are not shown here,please tell us which one you are interested in asap,and we will do our utmost to meet your requirements !

3. How do ship orders?
Elecaid.com ships small and medium sized orders by reliable couriers, such as USPS,UPS, FedEx and DHL.

4. How can I trace my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us. In this email, you would find a tracking number for your packages as well as the website on which you could trace your order.

5. How long does it take for delivery?
Standard shipping takes 4 to 10 business days. Express shipping takes only 1 to 3 business days.

6. Do you ship to my country?
We only ship to US, not worldwide.

7. Are the pictures true or false?
All of the pictures are definitely taken by ourselves,The color phenomenon may occurred only in a few pictures, check them clearly before put the item into your cart.
